Business Development Officer

Remote · PH-based preferred · Full-time

You own the full sales cycle — from sourcing leads to closing deals. You pick your market, build your pipeline, and run it.

We'll give you collateral, demo access, pricing context, and a direct line to the team. The expectation is that you work independently — you know what needs to happen to move a deal forward and you make it happen.

This role reports to the Head of Growth.

You may be a good fit if you:

  • You have a track record of closing, not just generating meetings
  • You're comfortable owning a pipeline without a lot of direction
  • You can explain a technical product clearly to a non-technical buyer
  • You pick up AI tools quickly and use them as a regular part of how you work
  • You're based in the Philippines or can work PH hours

Strong candidates may also have:

  • Experience in SaaS, B2G, or enterprise sales
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted research and outreach workflows

What you'll do:

  • Generate and qualify your own leads — market and segment are yours to define
  • Run discovery calls and product demos
  • Handle objections, negotiate, and close
  • Keep the CRM current and your pipeline honest
  • Bring market feedback back to the team — what you're hearing, what's landing, what's not
