Sub-processors
Bscale Labs | bscalelabs.com
Effective Date: April 27, 2026
To deliver and support our products, Bscale Labs engages a small set of trusted third-party service providers ("sub-processors") that may process customer data on our behalf. This page lists those sub-processors, the purpose for which they are used, and the region in which they operate.
Current Sub-processors
The table below reflects the sub-processors engaged by Bscale Labs as of the effective date above.
Opt-in Sub-processors
Sub-processors marked Opt-in are not engaged by default. They are activated only at a customer's direction or when explicitly enabled for a given workspace. Customers may disable these services at any time without affecting the operation of our core products.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Several sub-processors listed above operate from facilities outside the Republic of the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred internationally, Bscale Labs relies on the contractual and security commitments of each sub-processor and applies appropriate safeguards in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other applicable data protection laws.
Updates to This List
We may add, replace, or remove sub-processors as our products evolve. When we do, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Customers under a written agreement that requires advance notice of sub-processor changes will be notified in accordance with the terms of that agreement.
Objections and Inquiries
If you have a reasonable objection to a sub-processor on this list, or any question about how a sub-processor handles your data, please contact us. We will work in good faith to address concerns before continuing to use the service.
